Congrats to Team Gargoyles for coming up with the 3rd place bronze medal at FilChi BC’s Summer Hoops League. Our first year together and overall I thought it was a good experience. We had some injuries, we had some ups and downs, some close games but I always said it’s not how you start, it’s how you finish. We shall finish at the top next summer! Did I mention we had a lot of fun! The name says it all! I was stoked to get hooked up with a CFL Veteran and Champ in his new venture of specialized Fitness Training. He’s got a proven fitness program over at www.gamereadyfitness.ca. Hey if you’re gonna train hard why not learn from a Pro. His passion extends far beyond fitness training, he’s also a big supporter of Youth Development and keeping them focused in Sports and Healthy Living and out of today’s negative influences. Since he’s out on the field most days, he rolls with his trailer and I was given the opportunity to do it up. So we did. Not everyday you get to apply vehicle graphics with a CFL Pro.
